By using FuneralOS you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
FuneralOS is a cloud-based funeral home management software (SaaS) offering tools for case management, inventory, staff scheduling, document tracking, and an AI operations assistant. The service is provided "as-is."
Three plans are available: Free, Pro, and Business. Paid plans are billed monthly through Lemon Squeezy and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You agree not to:
Your funeral home data (cases, inventory, etc.) is stored locally in your browser. Clearing browser storage will delete this data permanently. We strongly recommend regular backups using the app's built-in export feature. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
We make every effort to maintain uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible.
The AI assistant (Business plan) is powered by third-party AI models. AI-generated content is for informational support only and does not constitute legal, medical, or professional advice. You remain solely responsible for all decisions made using this tool.
FuneralOS and all its components are proprietary. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your funeral home operations. You retain all rights to data you enter into the application.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FuneralOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the service, including data loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms periodically. For significant changes, we will notify you via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of jurisdiction.
